LFH Online: Explore a Live Schedule-Quality Report in Your Browser

You've seen how LFH runs the DCMA-14 health check on Primavera P6. Now you can explore the dashboard yourself — no install, no login, nothing to download. It runs entirely in your browser, preloaded with the standard Primavera P6 sample programs.

We are excited to announce that the LFH (Looking for Healthy) schedule quality audit dashboard is now live and publicly accessible for exploration on the AWP Labs corporate platform.

We have engineered a fully interactive static replica that runs 100% within the client browser. It requires no registration, complex installation, or server configuration. Built with an agile, user-first approach, it allows planners to instantly experience advanced schedule analytics.

The Technology behind LFH

The complete enterprise edition of LFH is designed to receive an Oracle Primavera P6 database (.db) file via a simple drag-and-drop interface. The browser-side engine securely processes the data locally using sql.js and WebAssembly (v1.6.2). This guarantees 100% mathematical parity with native desktop calculations without ever exposing your project data or intellectual property online.

Comprehensive Reference Guide for the 22 Schedule Quality Indicators

1. Structural Checks (M1 - M15)

These checks evaluate the internal logic and cohesion of the schedule. The average of their individual pass rates defines the consolidated global quality score.

M1 DCMA-14
Missing Predecessors
Identifies discrete activities lacking logic relationships to preceding work.
M2 DCMA-14
Missing Successors
Detects activities with no downstream connections in the scheduling network.
M3 DCMA-14
Open Start Links
Flags Finish-to-Finish and Start-to-Finish relationships that leave the start date unconstrained.
M4 DCMA-14
Open End Links
Flags Start-to-Start and Start-to-Finish relationships that leave the finish date unconstrained.
M5 DCMA-14
Leads (Negative Lag)
Identifies logic links with negative lag values. Zero-tolerance check.
M6 DCMA-14
Lags (Positive Lag)
Identifies logic links with positive lag values. Measured against standard thresholds.
M7 DCMA-14
Excessive Lags
Flags relationships where positive lag exceeds 25% of the predecessor's duration.
M8 DCMA-14
Excessive Duration
Flags activities with durations exceeding 10% of the total project duration.
M9 DCMA-14
Critical Duration
Flags critical path activities with durations exceeding 10% of the project.
M10 DCMA-14
Invalid Dates
Detects actual start or finish dates recorded in P6 beyond the Data Date.
M11 Extra
Out of Sequence
Broken logic where actual progress violates network sequence. Zero-tolerance check.
M12 DCMA-14
Hard Constraints
Checks for inflexible constraints (e.g. Mandatory Start/Finish).
M13 DCMA-14
Soft Constraints
Checks for flexible planning constraints (e.g. Start On or After).
M14 DCMA-14
Excessive Float
Flags tasks with total float exceeding 10% of the entire project duration.
M15 DCMA-14
Negative Float
Mide critical delayed activities showing total float less than zero.
2. Standalone Project Indexes (M16 - M17)

Critical-path metrics measuring milestone realism and progress against baseline schedules. Evaluated independently.

M16 DCMA-14
CPLI Index
Critical Path Length Index. Measures completion deadline feasibility (Target: ≥ 0.95).
M17 DCMA-14
BEI Index
Baseline Execution Index. Evaluates completed tasks vs the baseline plan (Target: ≥ 0.95).
3. Advanced & Proprietary Indicators (M18 - M22)

Advanced schedule diagnostics and custom resource validation engines developed exclusively by AWP Labs.

M18 DCMA-14
Relationship Types
Measures the ratio of non Finish-to-Start (FS) logic relationships (Target: < 10%).
M19 DCMA-14
Missed Tasks
Percentage of baseline-due activities not finished on time (Target: < 5%).
M20 DCMA-14
Missing Resources
Identifies discrete work activities with no labour or resource assignments.
M21 DCMA-14
Critical Path Test
A binary (pass/fail) diagnostic verifying logical continuity to the final project milestone.
M22 Extra
Labor Mismatch
Proprietary synchronisation check between task-level units and individual resource assignments.
