Open the .pbit in Power BI Desktop, enter the path to your P6 SQLite .db file. (Standalone P6 only — Enterprise versions on Oracle / SQL Server need the v2 build.)
The dashboard runs all 17 checks across every project in your database. Filter by program, drill into the failing activities, export the list.
LFH runs on a lightweight SQLite database (.db) exported from the Primavera P6 installed on your computer — whatever version you run. Keep that file wherever you work: local drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox or any shared folder P6 can reach. Every analysis then doubles as an efficient, portable archive of your programs' history — version by version, fully under your control. Schedule quality and data stewardship, in a single habit.
Limited to the first 50 customers. After that, full list price.

Power BI Desktop (free) on Windows 10/11, the SQLite ODBC driver (free, ~2 MB — we link to the installer in the README), and read access to a P6 Professional .db file. No Power BI Pro license required.
P6 Professional Standalone (SQLite back-end), versions 19 through 26 — including the latest 2026 release. The Standalone SQLite schema doesn't change between versions, so LFH runs on all of them; validated against v19.12 and v22.12 databases. P6 EPPM on Oracle / SQL Server is targeted for v2.
No. The dashboard runs entirely on your machine against your local .db. The license check is offline against a file written by the installer — no internet call at refresh time.
The license activates against one workstation's machine identity (a stable Windows installation ID — not your network/MAC address, so it won't break when you switch between wifi, ethernet or VPN). If you need to move it to a new machine, email us and we'll reissue.
The model is locked: tables hidden, implicit measures disabled, M queries gated. You can rearrange visuals on the page, but you can't fork the metric definitions in v1.
Pilot customers get a 30-day refund window: if the dashboard fails to open against your .db and we can't fix it, you get your money back. No questions.
